He was born June 22, 1952 at Margaret Mary Community Hospital, Batesville, IN to the parents of: Delbert Eugene & Phyllis Pearl Bailey Snapp Pickett. He married Sheryle Jean Stevens December 23, 1972 & she still survives at home.
