Billie Katherine Horner was born June 23, 1929, in Erick, Okla., to Andrew J. Webb and Gracie Jane Flowers Webb. She passed away Feb. 18, 2012, in Safford at the age of 82.
Billie lived in the Safford area for the greatest part of her life. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Cathy Hernandez; granddaughter Stephanie Proffitt; four sisters and two brothers.
She is survived by her daughters, Norma Matlock, Mona Fasol and Wadene Kerby; sons Mike Rogers and James Horner; one sister, Dorothy Wiggins; and one brother, Gene Webb; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and great-great-grandchildren.
Graveside services were held at Gila Valley Memorial Gardens on Feb. 22, 2012.
Arrangements were under the direction of the Safford Funeral Home, 2021 S. 20th Ave., Safford.
