Mr. Ball lived in Riverdale for 23 years coming from Butler. He had been employed as a general contractor for A-Z Landscapers, Riverdale, he served in the US Army during the Korean war and was a member in the Pompton Reformed Church, NY Road Runners Club, and the Butler Board of Education. In addition to his wife, he is also survived by a son, John of Rockaway Township, two daughters, Karen Potucek of Pompton Plains and Jill Florance of Jefferson, a brother, Schuyler of Riverdale, seven grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren and a former wife, Nancy Canty of Butler. He was predeceased by a brother, Amory.
