She was born Saturday, April 17, 1943, in Gap Branch, Harlan County, Kentucky, daughter of the late Bill and Malinda (Mosley) Brock.
She enjoyed spending time with her family and loved to fish.
She is survived by her loving husband, Leslie Abbott; 3 brothers, Calvin Long, William Brock, and Jimmy Brock; sister, Geneva Hogg; and several nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received Monday, February 6, 2012 from 6pm to 8pm at the Fitch-Denney Funeral Home, Lawrenceburg, Indiana.
Funeral services will be held at Fitch-Denney Funeral Home, Tuesday, February 7, 2012 at 11am.
Interment will follow in the Greendale Cemetery, Greendale, Indiana.
