Thelma R 'Doad' Carnahan passed away in Fresno, January 4, 1998, at the age of 80. Born in Fort Morgan, Colorado, she was a Fresno resident for the past 34 years. Doad was a member of the Easterby Presbyterian Church and the Emblem Club #125 of Fresno.
She leaves behind her loving husband of 60 years, Bob Carnahan; son, James L Carnahan of Fresno; daughters, Judith Miller, Kristin C Cardena and Keri L Moore, all of Fresno; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her step-mother, Frances Rothrock of Fresno; and sister, Mary Lou Meekins of Fort Morgan, Colorado.
Funeral services will be held at Whitehurst Chapel on Wednesday, January 7, 1998, at 2:00pm.
Remembrances may be made to the Hinds Hospice Home, 1416 W Twain, Fresno, CA 93711; or to the donors favorite charity.
