Clarkson-Funeral services for Mrs. Henry Bahns, 50, were held at Miller Funeral Home and at the Catholic Church in Clarkson. Mrs. Bahns died Thursday in the Columbus Hospital.
Agnes Marie Bahns was born December 28, 1914 on a farm north of Leigh to Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Reichmuth. She attended St. Francis Catholic school in Humphrey, was a member of the Clarkson Catholic Church the Altar Society and Third Order of St. Francis.
On June 12, 1934 she married Henry H. Bahns at Humphrey and they farmed southwest of Clarkson. She had been ill since April.
Survivors include her husband; four daughters, Sister Mary Xavier, Madison, Bernedette, Nancy Ann and Theresa, at home; six sons, Robert, Walter, at home, David of Clarkson, Eugene with the Air Force in CA., Joe with the Army in Japan, Tom in college, Atchison, KS.; sister Anna Reichmuth; four brothers, Frank, Leigh, Leo, Lindsay, Louis, Stanton, and Anthony, Humphrey. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother.
Joe arrived home Saturday from Japan.
