Charles William Larson, 66, Burley, died Friday (14 Mar 1969) of natural causes while visiting in Yuma, Ariz.

He was born Sept. 1, 1902 at Oakley. Mr. Larson attended school in Burley. He was married to Bessie Fisher on Nov. 19, 1922, at Boise. The marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake City LDS Temple.

Mr. Larson seved on the board of directors of the Co-op Supply, Farmers Home Administration, Unity Light and Power, and the Beet Growers Association.
He worked in the following church positions: Stake mission, YMMIA superintendent, Sunday School, and Elders Quorum Presidency.

He is survived by his widow of Burley; two sons, Gerald W. Larson and Glen E. Larson, both of Burley; one daughter, Mrs. Clark (Barbara ) Barrus, Rupert; four brothers, Clifton L. Larson, and Frank A. Larson, both of Burley, Eldon J. Larson, Lewiston, and J. Stanley Larson, Jacksonville, Ore.; three sisters, Mrs. Isaac (Pearl) Lee, Burley, Mrs. Don (Pauline Coltrin, Caldwell, and Mrs. Leo (Alice) Kaggie, Brea, Calif.; and 18 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday (18 Mar 1969) in the Star LDS Ward Chapel with Bishop Richard W. Tilley officiating. Internment will be in the Pleasant View Cemetery. Friends may call at the Payne Mortuary Monday afternoon and evening and Tuesday until time of the services.
