"Mrs. Beal was born January 16, 1915 in Coleman County to Arthur Clevenger and Dovie Elkins. She attended high school and married Bill Beal in Coleman March 17, 1934. He preceded her in death in 1993. She was a beautician, a Baptist and had lived in the county all her life.
"Survivors include two sons, Lou and daughter-in-law, Sheila Beal of Coleman and Dan BeaI of Dallas; three sisters, Betty Culp of San Angelo, Pauline Ferguson of Granbury and Maggie Hayes of Yuma, Arizona; one brother, Haskell and sisterin-law, Lena Clevenger of Mozelle; three grandchildren and two greatgrandchildren."
