Bob passed away surround by his family after a battle with renal cell carcinoma. He was proceeded in his path to heaven by his mother, Marie.
Winner of a Colorado Lottery jackpot, Bob made sure that his family would be taken care of following his passing.
An avid sports fan, Bob was torn between his 2 loves. The Minnesota Vikings and the Denver Broncos.
Bob was always at every birthday party for every niece or nephew (providing there was a TV with the game on of course).
At his service it was joked about that he would be upset that it was taking place during the football game.
Well Bob, you finally have the best seats in the house and the rest of us will be content to watch on TV until we are together again.

Obituary:
Loch, Robert Phillip was born in Litchfield, Minnesota on Jan. 21st, 1963 to Robert and Marie Loch. He was a sweet, gentle, and kind person who always put others before himself. He worked hard his entire life and survived many struggles along the way, including dealing with schizophrenia. In January of 2008, Bob was diagnosed with renal cell carcinoma. He faced it like he did every other trial, with bravery and perseverance. He fought a long hard battle with the cancer and never let it dampen his spirits. He always kept the faith that he could beat it, even though it had progressed to advanced stages before he was even diagnosed. His attitude and determination were part of the reason he survived for as long as he did. Bob was a devote Bronco's fan! He loved football and rarely missed a game. Watching games with his family and friends was without question his favorite thing to do. Good fortune did shine on Bob after he was diagnosed with the cancer. On Oct. 10, 2009 Bob came home and announced that he won the Colorado Lottery! Typical of his generosity, he shared the money he won with his family and set up college funds for his nieces and nephews. It was an answer to our prayers, because Bob would have no worries when it came to his situation. Winning that money didn't change who he was one single bit; he remained a humble, kind, sweet and generous person for the rest of his days. Bob succumbed to his illness on Sept. 6th, 2011. He is truly missed. There is not one person that has ever met him that was not touched by the person he was. He is survived by his father, Robert Loch, sisters Julie (Lennie) Adams, Jackie (Mary) Loch, Carrie (Steve) Henley, Jayne (Dwayne) Rincon, and Theresa (Ben) Thoele, his nieces and nephews; JoAnne Neumann; Nikki Rincon, Jenny Whitcomb, Tyler Adams, Jessica Rincon, Ethan Adams, and Steven Whitcomb. He has 14 surviving aunts and uncles and cousins too numerous to count. Services are being held at Aspen Mortuary in Commerce City, CO. on Monday, Sept. 12 at 12:00 P.M. There will also be a viewing from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. on Sunday, Sept. 11 in the same location.
