Funeral services will be Monday, July 30, at Lacock Funeral Home in Durant. Burial will be in Durant Cemetery, Durant, Iowa.
Dorinda M. Trede was born December 9, 1904, in Cedar County, the daughter of George and Alvena (Wulf) Trede. She received her education in the Cedar County schools. She married Victor Marmaduke Ormsby on September 6, 1928, in Davenport. She was a member of the Durant Senior Citizens and a 50 year member of the Durant Royal Neighbors of America.
She is survived by her husband, Victor; one daughter, Marian Knock of Moline, IL; three grandchildren; one brother, William (Loretta) Trede of Durant; and one half sister, Wilma (Joseph) Gardner of Durant.
She was preceded in death by her parents, son-in-law, Ralph Knock and one half brother, Ray Kruse.
