Bio information provided by granddaughter, Barbara Myerson.
Rose was 16 when she married Charlie. They had a "mom and pop" grocery store in Denver. Barbara remembered enjoying the sweet pickle barrel. They moved to San Diego in the 1920's and Charlie worked as a tailor for the rest of his life. First for a naval tailor shop. Then he bought his own place. He used to let Barbara help in the shop because she could sew so neatly. Rose used to tell lots of stories about her pet goose, Puzzlems, and their wonderful collie dog, Rex. Rose was a whiz at math. Rose and Charlie were loving grandparents.
