Mr. Hudson, 75, suffered from a lingering illness.
The Rev. C. William Hassler will officiate at the Wednesday afternoon services. Burial will be in the Crown Hill Cemetery, will arrangements by Easton Funeral Home.
Hudson was born July 25, 1894, in Stuttgart, Kansas, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Willis Hudson. He married Mrs. Inez Cumpston Cass in Phillipsberg, Kansas, on November 14, 1923. They lived in Nebraska until moving to Wyoming near Lusk in 1927. They moved to Powell in 1937.
Mr. Hudson served with the U.S. Navy on the battleship Virginia in World War I.
He is survived by the widow; one daugher, Mrs. Vernie Rea of Powell; three step-daughters, Mrs. Hazel Rowse of Thermopolis, Mrs. Roxie Jones of San Jose, California, and Mrs. Jessie Hanson of Edgemont, South Dakota; five sisters; 16 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.
