Services for Mrs. Mandie Irene Green, a 55-year-old Fulton housewife, were held January 4, 1966 at the Fulton Methodist Church. Burial was at Itawamba Memorial Gardens with Senter Funeral Home in charge. Mrs. Green died Jan. 2nd at the NMMC in Tupelo. She was a member of the Van Buren Methodist Church.

Survivors included her husband, Perdie Green; her mother, Mrs. Susie Wardlaw; a son, Mitchell Green of Fulton; two daughters, Mrs. Bobby Cooley and Mrs. Finis Pearce, both of Fulton; three brothers, Wiley Wardlaw of Fulton, Troy Wardlaw of Van Buren and Relder Wardlaw of Memphis, Tenn.; and a grandchild.

Pallbearers were nephews: Barry Green, Winford Green, Danny Clayton, Douglas Smith, Harold Wardlaw, and Jimmy Wardlaw.
