Joseph Arbeiter, 67, of Shakopee, died Monday, March 31, 2008. He was born in Minneapolis Feb. 12, 1941 to Joseph T. and Loretta (Schmidt) Arbeiter. He married Nancy Pelarski on May 25, 1963 in Golden Valley. Joe was an active member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and was a member of St. Marys Saturday Night Choir. He was a retired sales person for Seiko Time and prior to his death was employed as a part time sales person for Hadley-Roma.
Joe is survived by wife, Nancy; four daughters and one son, Jill (Teri Roth), Jean (Gary Lindemann), Katie (Kamal El Oirdi), Matt (Kirsten) Arbeiter, Rebecca (Felipe) Giraldo; four grandchildren, Isabella, Vada, Ellie and Grace; brother, Allen (Punky) Arbeiter; sister, Caro (Paul) DesMarais.
Preceded in death by parents and sister, Lolly.
