Verda L. Bass, 88, of Snow Hill, passed away Jan. 24, 2004 in McKinney. She was born June 29, 1915 to S.E. and Fleda Holland Gray in Climax.
She married Roy Bass on Feb 27, 1932 in Durant, Okla. She was a homemaker and a member of Snow Hill Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband; daughter; son; brother; four grand-children; 15 great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m., Monday, Jan. 26, 2004 at Altoga cemetery with Rev. Bill Booher officiating.
