Services for Charlie E. Luckey, 46, of Lubbock will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in St. Matthew Baptist Church with Charles Hankson and Edward Canady officiating.

Burial will be in the City of Lubbock Cemetery under direction of Ossie Curry Funeral Home.

Luckey died Wednesday, Oct. 21, 1998, in St. Mary Hospital.

He was born Dec. 24, 1951, in Granger. He worked for Job Source in Roswell, N.M. He served in the U.S. Army.

Survivors include two sons, William Ross of Lubbock and Pierre Coverson of Killeen; his mother, Pearl Shuler of Austin; four brothers, Fredie Luckey of Granger, Charles Hankson of Slaton, Sam Shuler of Fort Worth and Joe Allen Shuler Jr. of Austin; three sisters, JoAnn Spencer and Carolyn Shuler, both of Austin, and Gloria Byrd of Houston.
