Myrtle was a long time resident of Greenwich, Connecticut where she worked for the Department of Public Works and was active in PTA, Boy Scouts, and the Women's Club. She was a member of the Second Congregational Church in Greenwich and was active in various church activities including Act II.
For the past seven years she had resided in Sacramento at the Crosswood Oaks Retirement Community. Loved by all, Myrtle will be fondly remembered by her family for her graciousness and steadfastness.
Her family will gather for a memorial graveside service at the Newington Center Cemetery in Newington, Connecticut, as per her request. Remembrances may be made to the American Heart Association.
