Rose E. Bleuer, 72, of 509 3rd Ave., Hampton, died Saturday at Lutheran Hospital, Moline.
Services are 1 p.m. Tuesday at Sullivan-Esterdahl Mortuary, East Moline. Burial is in Rose Lawn Memorial Estate, Moline. Visitation is 7 to 9 tonight. Memorials may be made to a favorite charity.
Rose E. Griffin was born March 10, 1914, in Moline, where she married George Thielen in 1934. He died in 1963. She married Warren J. Bleuer July 3, 1955, in Omaha, Neb. He died in 1979. Mrs. Bleuer was a homemaker. She was a former member of Eagles Lodge, and a former member of the East Moline Moose Lodge.
Survivors include daughters, Donna Groves, Wilmington, Ohio, and DeLoriza McPherson and Lanette VanRucke, both of Rifle, Colo.; nine grandchildren; sisters, Alice Shafer, Geneseo, Ruby Lang, Hampton, Eunice Reehl, Moline, Helen Frazier, Moline, Dorothy Sayre, Orion and Martha Minneart, Geneseo; and brothers, Donald, Moline, and Elmer, Rock Island.
