BELVIDERE - Debra Lee "Debbie" (Titus) Choate, 51, passed away peacefully on Saturday morning, the 10th of December, 2012, at the Vermont Respite House in Williston.

She was born on March 29, 1960, in Burlington, daughter of the late Mavis Kruger and Thomas Titus.

Debbie was a beacon of light for all that knew her, she was full of energy and lived life to the fullest and will be dearly missed by all. Recently she performed in a production of Oliver on stage, truly one of the great joys in her life. Her family is so thankful for that opportunity. Debbie was a member in two churches, which she loved and looked forward to on Sundays.

Debbie and her husband have traveled many miles together; her favorite place to go was to the ocean. She especially loved sunrises and sunsets.

Debbie is survived by her beloved husband and best friend, Robert Choate; her two sons, Derek Choate and partner, Chelsea Tallman, and Daniel Barnes and wife, Liz Trackim; two sisters, Frankie Titus, and Cynthia Brady and husband, Michael; a very special niece, Shannon Brady; and nephews, Matthew and Dylan Greer, Dustin Tanner, Thomas Titus and Alex Shoaei; as well as many special cousins and friends.

She was also predeceased by her brother, Jerry Titus; and her maternal and paternal grandparents.

A potluck celebration in her honor will be held in the coming days, details are incomplete at this time but will be available by visiting www.awrichfuneral homes.com, where you can also share your memories and online condolences.

Inurnment will be private and at the convenience of the family.
