Lucille Leroux Adams, while surrounded by her loving family, was taken to her heavenly home on Wednesday, December 7, 2011 after a long battle with Alzheimer's disease. Daughter of the late David Joseph and Anna Delatte Leroux. Loving wife of the late Octave John Adams, Jr. Beloved mother of Bonnie Adams Lewis (husband: John). Sister of Thelma Leroux Bonnette. Devoted grandmother of Tammy Lewis Rice and Christie Lewis Sparks (husband: Hunter). Great grandmother of Kristopher, Jourdyn, Olivia and Taylor Rice and Ian and Macie Braun. She was preceded in death by her grand son-in-law, Kendall Martin Rice. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at LAKE LAWN METAIRIE FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd., on Friday, December 9, 2011 at 2:00PM.
