Surviving also are a daughter, Cheryl Tamison Ripley of Seattle, Wash.; sons, Phillip Hughes Ripley of Annandale, Va., Caroll Nelson Rtpley of Gaithersburg, Md. and Clayborne Kent Ripley of San Jose, Calif.; a sister, Frances Kesmodel of Baltimore, Md.; brothers, Lewis Ripley of Wilmington, Del. and Harry Ripley of Ft. Myers, Fla.; five grandchildren.
Services will be 4 p.m. Saturday at Clark-Bland Funeral Home Chapel, with burial in Philippi Cemetery.
