Virginia was a homemaker and had also worked a period of time at Switches Inc. as an assembler, retiring in 1977. She had also worked for Ball Band in Mishawaka. She enjoyed cooking, sewing, playing the organ, and making crafts. She loved to knit and crochet. She made all of her grandchildren crocheted afghans.
