Mrs. Bertha Blubaugh, 85, died at her home, Berlin, R.D. 3 at 3:45 July 11, 1942 after a prolonged illness of complication of diseases. She was born in Brothersvalley Township Dec 24, 1856. The Daughter of Henry D. and Elizabeth (Braucher) Altfather. She is survived by her husband Norman, and the following children, Austin F., Charles M., Frank R., Homer G., Roy A., Annie wife of Walter Nicholson. All of Berlin R. D. Agnes Wife of Russell Auman, Somerset, and Harry M. of New Kensington. Two Sisters Mrs. W. J. Robinson of Pittsburgh. Mrs. Elmer Heffly of Berlin. Twenty-six grand children and five great grand children also survive.
Funeral services were held at the Blubaugh home Tues. PM at 2:00 O'Clock, the Rev. E. L. Stahl officiating. Interment in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Berlin. Johnson and Sons in charge.
