Sarah C. Parker was born in Coles Co IL April 22, 1855 and died June 14, 1926, age 71 years 1 month and 22 days. She was married to John Caylor January 1, 1882 and to this union were born five children, Chester, George, Lester, Algon and Elsie. Two sons, Chester and George have passed to the Great Beyond. The husband passed away four years ago. She leaves to mourn her departure two sons, Lester of Tomah and Algon of Lime Ridge, one daughter, Mrs. Wm Werden of Cazenovia, one sister of California one brother Arch Parker of Viola, 90 years of age and eleven grandchildren besides many other relatives and friends. Funeral services were held at the home of Algon Caylor of Lime Ridge at which place she died. Rev Peckham of Sextonville officiating. The many flower offerings typified the affection entertained for this noble woman. The mortal remains were laid to rest beside those of her husband in the Concord Cemetery.
