Mrs. Sylvia June Barta, 24, of Cairnbrook, died Jan. 30, 1975, in Presbyterian University Hospital, Pittsburgh. Born Sept. 1, 1950 in Somerset, she was a daughter of Maurice Ray and Jeannette (Custer) Frazier.
Surviving are her husband, George E. Barta, Jr.; a daughter, Lori Sue; her parents of Berlin RD 1; her maternal grandfather, Orange Custer of Central City RD 1; a brother and two sisters, Larry, Kristy and Colleen Frazier of Berlin RD 1.
She was a member of Shanksville Squares 4-H Club, FHA and Young Republicans.
Funeral service was conducted Monday morning in Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown, with Rev. Claude Somner officiating. Interment in Berkey Cemetery.
