She married George A. Winkfield 8 Feb 1872. He was born 22 July 1849, in PA to David and Susannah Blaar Winkfield. Hannah and George first lived on a farm southwest of Franklin Grove, where all 8 of their children were born:
Oscar C. (1872-1935, m. Elizabeth Burgland); Frank A. (1874-1915, m. Ida May Johnson); Ray W. (1876-1961); E. Blanche (1879-1946); Charles (1880-1880); Viola (1881-1882); Ora (1884- , m. Wm. Ainsworth); and John C. (1889-1963, m. Blanche Helms).
In 1900, the couple sold their farm and relocated to a farm in Jackson Co., MO, southwest of Lee Summit. This farm was owned by Hannah's father, John Chronister, and it was sold after his death in 1904. Most of the family members moved nearby to KC, where George, and at least three of his sons, found employment in the KC Stockyards.
George died in Jan, 1912, after he had retired. Hannah then moved in with two of her children, Blanche and Ray, who evidently never married. Her son, Frank (and his son, Earl George) also moved in with them, after Frank's wife died in 1913. Frank died in 1915, and Hannah died 25 Feb 1919, both from chronic Brights disease. They were both buried in Mount Washington Cemetery, beside George. Later, Blanche and Ray would also be buried there.
