Marcella G. Boslet

Marchella G. Boslet, 87, IDA Tower, 1010 12th St., Altoona died unexpectledly Tuesday afternoon at her residence.
She was born in Altoona the daughter of the late Thomas and Mary Josephine (Garrahan) Vogel. She married Merle F. "Mert" Boslet May 11, 1942, in Mount Savage, Md., He died March 6, 1989.
Surviving are three daughters: Ann Dellaposta of Hagerstown, Md., Christina Eastbourn of North East, Pa and Susan Lawruk of Middletown, Pa; a son, Mark Boslet of Altoona; 10 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two brothers; John Vogel and Bernard Vogel; and a sister Dorothy McMullen.
She was a homemaker.
Mrs. Boslet was a member of the Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament.
She was a 1938 graduate of Altoona High School.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today, Aug 9, 2007 at Jones Funeral Home, where a vigil for the deceased will be celebrated at 3:30 p.m. A funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Aug 10, 2007, at Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament. Committal rites will be held at SS Peter and Paul Catholic Cemetery, Altoona.
