Jess T. Abram, Jr., 48, died Sept. 21, 1988 after a brief illness. Mass of Christian Burial was held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, at Cathedral of Our Lady of Perpetual Help, in Oklahoma City. Interment was at Resurrection Memorial Cemetery, under the direction of Rolfe Funeral Directors. He was Director of Housing & Community Services for the City of Oklahoma City, and a longtime resident of Oklahoma City. He was born in Muskogee, Oklahoma to the Rev. J.T. and Theresa Abram. Survivors included his wife, Jacquie; sons, Frank and Jess III; daughters, Monique, Kimberly and Tracey; son-in-law, Vaughn; sisters, Jess Celia Nunley and Altheda Cooper, all of Oklahoma City; aunt, Beulah Abram, Ardmore, Oklahoma; father-in-law, David Cober, Sr. of Greenville, Mississippi; and a host of relatives & friends.
