Randy was born on April 1, 1964 in Tahlequah, OK., the son of Clessie and Ruby (Stilwell) Clinton. Randy grew up in the Tahlequah area and attended school in the Lowrey and Tahlequah School systems. A Baptist by faith Randy attended the Tailholt Baptist Church. Randy loved all the activities nature had to provide such as hunting, fishing, camping, and riding. Randy especially loved riding his horse "Dusty". He also enjoyed cutting wood and working as a construction worker building many pole barns around the country. Randy also enjoyed dancing and watching football. He was an avid OU football fan and a big fan of the Rams and the Raiders. Randy also spent time raising game roosters. But most of all Randy loved his family.

Randy is preceded in death by his parents, a daughter Jacquline Clinton, a brother James Clinton and a sister Shirley Ballard.

Those left to cherish his memory include his daughters Sarah and Chasity Clinton of Tahlequah, OK. Brothers Buddy Clinton and wife Debbie of Cookson, OK,. And Steve Clinton of Claremore, OK., his sisters Darlene Belden and her husband Jim of Welling, OK., Joyce Henderson and husband Jerry of Cookson, OK., Phyllis Smith and her husband Fred of Keys, OK., Melba Whitby and her husband Tommy of Woodall, OK., Barbara Walker and her husband Gordon of Keys, OK., Dorothy Johnson of Tahlequah,OK., and Cindy Clinton of Tahlequah,OK., as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. The Family would like to send out a special thank you to the Hospice of the Cherokee especially RN Beverly Mouse.
