Surviving; his wife, Ethyl Gregg, Beecher City, Illinois; children, Beulah (Harley) Olinger, Cowden, Illinois; Lester (Eileen) Gregg, Cowden, Illinois; grandchildren, Marvin (Edwinia) Gregg, Lakewood, Illinois; William Henry "Billie" (Cora) Olinger; Sharon Kay Olinger, Shirley Darlene Gregg, Melvin Duane Gregg, all of Cowden, Illinois; and 2 great-granddaughters.
Preceding him in death are his first wife, Ethel Willcut Gregg and his parents.
Funeral services were held at the Cook Funeral Home, Beecher City, Illinois, Wednesday afternoon with Bruce Parmenter, pastor of the Church of Christ officiating. Interment was in the Southern Methodist Church Cemetery west of Moccasin, Illinois.
Miss Doris Black and Mrs. Phillips sang, "Good Night Here and Good Morning up There: and "The Old Rugged Cross". Miss Lois miller played the piano accompaniment.
Casket bearers were" Wallace Larimore, Kermit Gregg, Walter Lee Gregg, Virgil Gregg, Franklin Reed and J.C. Gregg.
Flower girls were: Mrs. Alice Larimore, Edith Gregg, Joan Gregg, Shirley Gregg, Cora Olinger, and Edwina Gregg.
