OXFORD - Hamilton Edward 'Ham' Sweany, 78, retired Tupperware distributor and sales representative for Rexall Drug Co., died of heart failure Thursday at Baptist Memorial Hospital-North Mississippi. Services will be at 11 a.m. today at Waller Funeral Home with burial in Yellowleaf Cemetery. He was a World War II Navy veteran and a member of Oxford Church of Christ and Oxford Kiwanis Club. Mr. Sweany was the widower of Velma Cain Sweany. The family requests that any memorials be sent to Oxford Church of Christ library.
