Even though her first name was Doris, she went by her middle name, Amy. Amy was the daughter of Tom Edward Daly, Sr. and Cecil Lena O'Banion. She was married to John R. Lewis, Jr. and together they had two sons and a daughter. Amy was my maternal grandmother's sister. She was a master seamstress, owning her own sewing business and she made wedding dresses and bridesmaids dresses for several family members. She passed away at the age of 86 from Alzheimer's Disease.
