Etta C. Andrews was born Sept. 17, 1888, near Durham, a daughter of Deames and Martha Leach. She died May 4, 1984.
Etta Andrews married April 8, 1908, to John Andrews and they spent most of their years in the Ewing area until John passed away in 1968. Since that time Mrs. Andrews made her home with her daughter in Michigan.
To this union were born two daughters: Leta M. Roehl of Watervliet, Mich. , and Ileen Fick of Petersburg, Alaska. She was preceded in death by her parents, five sisters, and a brother. Also surviving are seven grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and other relatives.
She was a member of the Assembly of God Church.

Gravesite Details
Etta Andrews is NOT buried in the Durham Cemetery. This is a CENOTAPH only. Her family says she is buried in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens in Eaton County, Minnesota. Although her grave at that cemetery has not been identified ... yet.
