Dr. Walter Baily, 65, native of Carmichaels area, who was a dentist in Waynesburg for many years until he was compelled to discontiue his practice, died yesterday morning in Greene County Memorial Hospital.
Surviving are his wife Emily, and a son, Walter Jr., in Chicago, Ill.
