She was employed at Ben Williamson Co. In 1924, she married Thomas Merle King, a steelworker from Pennsylvania, and they moved to Detroit, Michigan. In 1926, they were expecting a baby. In June, Eunice was diagnosed with acute toxemia of pregnancy, and neither Eunice nor the infant survived. Her obituary appeared in the Ashland, KY Daily independent on June 29, 1926, but it has only the basic information. Her death certificate lists Grand Lawn Cemetery, and someone has told me this plot information for a King, no first name.
