The sad news has been received here by relatives announcing the death of Mrs. Elizabeth Ellen Wade of Spokane, Washington. She was formerly a Boyle County resident but at the time of her death was making her home with her daughter Mrs. Rose Nattins(spelling wrong in paper-correct as Mattes) in Spokane. Mrs. Wade was a member of the Baptist Church and a woman whose beautiful attributes of mind and heart won for her many warm friendships. She was charitable and kind and her devotion as a mother will linger as a fragrant memory not only in the home which her presence brightened, but with those who knew her. She is survived by two sons, three daughters- R.C. Wade of this place and Joe Wade of Mitchellsburg--and Mrs. Lula Adams, Mrs. Sam Harbison and Mrs. Rose Nattus(spelling wrong in paper-correct as Mattes) of Spokane, Washington. Her body will be brought back to Kentucky for burial although the funeral arrangements have not been made as yet.
Mr. R. C. Wade is in Louisville to meet the body of his mother, Mrs. Elizabeth Ellen Wade, whose death occurred last week in Spokane Washington and who is being brought back to Kentucky for burial.
The funeral of Mrs. Eliza Ellen Wade, who died in Reardon, Washington was conducted by Rev. Adkins at the Baptist Church. Interment in Perryville Cemetery.
Mrs. S.M. Harbison, of Spokane, Washington, who accompanied the remains of her mother, Mrs. Elizabeth Ellen Wade, back to Kentucky for burial, will remain with relatives and friends for some time for a visit.
