Ethel L. Boerner, 90 of Whitefish Bay, died Monday, Feb. 5, 1990 at Boscobel Memorial Hospital after a brief illness. Daughter of Charles R. and Angeline M. (Schaffer) Smith, she was born in Madison, Aug 4, 1899. She married Robert L. Boerner July 22, 1922 in Madison. He died Jan 15, 1965. Surviving are two daughter, Mrs. William (Marjorie) Meier of West Bend and Mrs. (Dr) C. E. (Patricia) Mueller of Boscobel; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren and four step-great-grandchildren. Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the Schramka-Gunther Funeral Home at Cedarburg, where friends can call from 11 a.m. until the time of service. Burial will be made in the Zur Ruhe Cemetery in Cedarburg. The Thoni and Kendall Funeral Home, Boscobel, was in charge of local arrangements.
