She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Florence Elizabeth Purtle, and a brother, Madison Paul Purtle.
She is survived by her husband of over 60 years, D. L. "Pete" Nunn of De Queen, two daughters and sons-in-law, Mary Ethel and Darrell McCollum of De Queen, and Elizabeth and Mike Cunningham of Paron, Arkansas, a son and daughter-in-law, Leroy and Sandra Nunn of De Queen, four grandchildren, Michael Cunningham, Becky Cunningham, Michelle Sawyer, Patricia Maben, and five great-grandchildren. She is also survived by two sisters, Patsy Thompson and husband, Sam of Horatio, Robbie Goins and friend, Roy of Horatio, and a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services for Mrs. Martha Nunn will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 28th in the Chandler Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Jimmy Roden officiating. Burial will follow in the Chapel Hill Cemetery, De Queen. The family will receive friends at Chandler Funeral Home from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 27th. The family will be meeting at the home of Leroy and Sandra Nunn, 2072 Highway 329, De Queen.
