Beatrice Boggs was born in Elliott County, Kentucky, and spent her early years there. She married Ralph Irvin Albert on July 28, 1945, in Montgomery County, Ohio. Beatrice's mother moved to Dayton, Ohio, after Beatrice's father passed away in 1939. Beatrice was preceded in death by her first husband Ezra Sloas in 1940, her second husband Ralph Albert, and a daughter, Ezra Louise Ellis. She was survived by a son and a daughter, as well as several grandchildren.
