Lillian Mae Lingard, 93, died in a local nursing home Saturday, Nov. 7, 1998. She was born and raised in Clark County, moved away for years and returned to Vancouver in the early 1970s. Mrs. Lingard is survived by her husband of 58 years, Lee, at home. She was born Sept. 23, 1905, in Camas and enjoyed crocheting, reading, traveling and gardening. Mrs. Lingard was a member of the Daughters of the Pioneers and Fisher Grange. Her maiden name was Tuttle. There will be no service. Private entombment will be in Evergreen Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Memorial Gardens Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to the Salvation Army, P.O. Box 5559, Vancouver, WA 98668.
