January 1863 On Duty, Detailed as Guard for Quarter Master Stores. January 31, 1863 Deserted at Forsyth, Missouri. February 14, 1863 Forsyth, Missouri Rejoined his Regiment from desertion. {* No further documents refer to this Post as Deserted. Apparently SICK Without Leave and No Charges were ever filed.} April/May 1863 On Duty as Company Cook. September 1863 On Duty as Company Cook.
