Deceased Name: Lillian Lasseter Dennard

CORDELE - Mrs. Lillian Lasseter Dennard of Cordele, GA, died Tuesday, October 21, 2003 at her residence on her 100th birthday.
Graveside funeral services will be held 1P.M., Thursday, October 23, 2003 at the Morningside Cemetery in Rochelle, GA.
She was a native of Dooly County and was a member of the Cordele First Baptist Church. She was a former member of the Pineview Baptist Church where she was a Sunday School Teacher. She was a retired School Teacher for the Wilcox County School System.
She was a graduate of Tift College where she served two years as class president. She did her graduate work at Columbia University in New York. She was a member of the DAR.
She is survived by her son, William Irvin Dennard, Jr., Fernandina Beach, FL; a daughter, Lasse Dennard Gammage, Moultrie, GA; four sisters, Madge Hendrick, St. Simons Island, GA, Dorothy Smith, Atlanta, Myrna Fulmer, Claxton, and Neal Wilson, Atlanta; five grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren.
Family will receive friends at Hughes and Wright Funeral Home on Wednesday from 7:00 until 9:00 P.M.
