Mrs. Sylvia J. Osterkamp, 74, of Fort Payne, Alabama formerly of Dubuque, IA passed away Monday, October 4, 2010 at her home. Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Serenity Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Friday from 5 until 8 p.m. at More Life United Pentecostal Church, Grand Bay, Alabama. She is survived by her husband of 51 years Matthew R. Osterkamp, sons and daughters-in-law Rick and Barb Osterkamp, Phil and Lisa Osterkamp, and Nathan and Sonia Osterkamp, sister Millie Neumeister, brothers Eldon, Clifford, David, Wayne, Robert, and Raymond Waller, 5 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents Roy and Bertha Hartman Waller and brother Clarence Waller. Wilson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
