Joyce Ann Moore age 52 of Oak Hill passed away Saturday, April 9, 2011 at the King's Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, Kentucky. She was born July 20, 1958 in Jackson County, Ohio to her father Edgar (Buzzie) and Margaret Deck of Waverly, Ohio and mother Betty and Ron Groltendike of Washington Courthouse, Ohio. She was employed by the Jackson County Board of Developmental Disabilities (Hope Haven School). She is survived by her husband Jerry Moore who she married August 16, 1986, children; Jamie and Mark Howard and Justin Deck both of Oak Hill, step-children; Jeremy Moore, Nick Moore and Ashley and Ron Osborne, grandchildren; Chandler Northup, Conar Deck and Li Lu Osborne.
Funeral services will be held 1;00 P.M. Wednesday, April 13, 2011 at Kuhner-Lewis Funeral Home with Rev. Stan Howard nofficiating and burial to follow in the C.M. Cemetry. Friends may call from 4-8 P.M. Tuesday, April 12, 2011 at the funeral home.
