Braylen was born July 1, 2011, in Ruston, LA. Our little angel is now God's little angel.
He was preceded in death by his maternal great grandfathers James Wall, and Roy Bates, and his paternal great grandfather John Henry Jones.
Those left to cherish his memory include his mother, Lacy M. Bates, of Calvin, father, Jonathan P. Jones of Winnfield, sister, Layla Bates, maternal grandparents Terry and Mary Bates, and maternal great grandmothers, Mary Wall, and Flora Bates, all of Calvin, LA, paternal grandmother, Sherry Forest, paternal grandfather, Bobby Walker, and paternal great grandmother, Eloise Jones all of Winnfield, LA, paternal great grandparents, William and Ceola Walker of Atlanta, LA, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
The family will receive friends at Southern Funeral Home, in Winnfield, on Tuesday, August 23, 2011 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and on Wednesday, August 24, 2011 from 8:00 AM to time of service.
Funeral Services will be held at Southern Funeral Home on Wednesday, August 24, 2011 at 11:00 AM, with Rev. Lamar Carpenter officiating. Interment will follow in the Sander's Chapel cemetery.
