Christine Brinson Services for Christine Brinson, 76, of Longview will be 2 p.m. today at Rader Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Laney Johnson officiating. Burial will be in Lakeview Cemetery. She died Saturday. She was born Jan. 13, 1917, in Claiborne Parrish, La. and lived in Longview since 1973 coming from Morgan City, La. She was a homemaker, a member of the Mobberly Baptist Church, the LOA 2 Sunday School Class and the Longview Womens Forum. She is preceded in death by a sister, Margaret DeLoach. Survivors include husband, Edwin H. of Longview; a daughter and son-in-law, Sandra and Everett D. Reynolds of Carthage; two sons and daughters-in-law, Edwin and Nancy Brinson Jr. of Forest, La. and Douglas and Glynrose Brinson of Florence, Miss.; two brothers, W.E. McKenzie Jr. and Douglas McKenzie both of Homer, La.; and seven grandchildren. Memorials may be made to Mobberly Baptist Church Building Fund or the Liver Foundation.
