Obituary Gonzales Inquirer July 14, 1988
Funeral services were held Monday, July 11, at 1 p.m. from the Seydler-Hill Funeral Chapel for Bill Bohlae, who died Saturday at 1:40 p.m. in a Houston hospital. The Rev. Warren Hornung, pastor of the First United Methodist Churvh, officiated at the rites with burial in Gonzales Memorial Park cemetery.
Mr. Bohlae was born August 15, 1907, in Houston, the son of William George, Sr., and Alice Adele O Berle, both natives of St. Louis, Mo. He was a member of the Methodist church and of the Telephone Pioneers of America. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II and was an accountant for Southwestern Bell.
