She was born in New Hope and was one of the Lambertville Borongh's oldest residents. She married in 1875 and celebrated her 62nd wedding anniversary a few days before she died.
She was survived by her husband, one daughter, Miss Mary Corrigan, and three sons, Postmaster George Corrigan, and William Corrigan of New Hope and Walter Corrigan, of Easton, and 17 grandchildren, one sister, Mrs. Bridget Holmes of Bethlehem.
Interment was in St. Martin's Cemetery.
Her obituary was published in the Lambertville Beacon on May 13, 1937.
