Jacqueline Lee Abdo was born September 20, 1939, in Kansas City, Missouri. Jacqueline passed away peacefully at her home in Menifee on June 16, 2011, surrounded by family, friends, and her beloved animals.

She was 71 years of age. Jacqueline originally moved to California at the young age of 5; where she grew up and went on to raise a family of her own. There is nothing Jacqueline enjoys more than sharing her life with her husband and her time spent with her children, Grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Jacqueline was most known and loved for her generosity and her undying capacity to give unconditional love in every life she touched.

Jacqueline was a devoted Catholic and held close to her relationship with God as she did with all of her loved ones.

Jacqueline was preceded in death by her loving husband Kelly Peter Abdo in 2007; her parents Valentine Gregg (Father), Marcia Salas (Mother), and Barbara Gregg (Step-Mother); and her three brothers Gene Gregg, John Trausch and Phil Trausch. Known to those closest to her as Jackie, Ma-Ma, Grandma, and Granny.

She will be eternally loved by those who survived her; her son, Tim Newton; two daughters Kimberlyn Lebsock and Heidi Wagner; grandchildren, Keleigh McGee, Britney Reynolds, and Glen-Hunter Wagner; and her four treasured great-grandchildren, Emileigh Walker, Noah Reynolds, Chevelle Walker and Ryden Reynolds.

A memorial mass will be held on Thursday, June 23, 2011, at 10:00 A.M. at Saint Martha's Catholic Church in Murrieta.

Jacqueline and Kelly Abdo will be laid to rest, forever beside each other, in the hallowed grounds of Riverside National Cemetery during a private ceremony.
