The funeral of James Scott will be held tomorrow afternoon at 1 o'clock from the U. B. church in Clark's Hill and the interment will be in the Clark cemetery. Mr. Scott died Thursday at his home in Clark's Hill after a brief illness. He attended a sale Tuesday and had a severe chill after returning home. The immediate cause of his death was heart trouble. He was born in Ohio 79 years ago last February. Mr. Scott was honest and industrious and had many friends.
He leaves a widow and the following daughters: Hattie Hart and Bessie Yundt, of Mulberry; Alice Sickler and Lizzie Derrick of Indianapolis; and Zailee Scott of Minneapolis, Minn.
